PAYMENT

We accept payments with credit and debit cards from Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Paypal. 

The data is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. For payment with Visa and MasterCard, only CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions will be accepted. After verifying that the card is attached to the CES system, the system will connect with the bank that issued it so that the buyer can authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authentication, the card will be charged. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled. We do not store, save or register any type of card information since said information is automatically sent from the client’s computer to their respective bank. The confidential payment data is transmitted directly and in encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution, therefore, in case of an incident with the purchase process, you must contact the bank.

SHIPPING

Shipping is FREE. Shipping costs are the responsibility of ECOQARA. All orders are shipped within a period of 24-48 hours. Once your order has been placed, we will send you confirmation of your order to your email address. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

In case of defect, factory defect or error in shipping by ECOQARA, the full amount will be refunded or exchanged for another item in good condition. The reason for the return must be informed by email info@ecoqara.com. 

If you receive the order and it is not to your liking, you have a period of 30 days to return it. 

In order to make this return or exchange, it is essential that both the product and the packaging maintain their original condition at the time of shipping.

LEGAL ACTIONS, APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

ECOQARA reserves the right to file civil or criminal actions that it deems necessary for improper use of the Website and Contents, or for non-compliance with these Conditions.
The relationship between the User and ECOQARA will be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spanish territory. If any controversy arises in relation to the interpretation and/or application of these Conditions, the parties will submit their conflicts to ordinary jurisdiction, submitting to the corresponding judges and courts in accordance with the law.
